findings brief coverSince the My School Info Design Challenge kicked off in September 2014, ExcelinEd has brought together experts from across the country to bring attention and energy to the importance of quality, easy-to-understand access to powerful school information and transform today’s report cards to a 21st century tool with easy-to-understand information for parents, policymakers and the public.

With the challenge complete and winners announced, ExcelinEd released, “Building State Capacity for Powerful School Information.” The findings report reviews the research that inspired the project, recaps design submissions, features winning designs and highlights the key elements of a high-quality report card.
